Yup, that pretty much sums it up.

Seriously. If you have a pizza with radius “z” and thickness “a”, its volume is Pi(z*z)a. Science is delicious.

The sign “DO NOT DISTURB THE LESBIANS: WATCHING ORANGE IS THE NEW BLACK" should be hung across the Internet today.

Not a surprise that my dash is basically empty this morning. Sadly I cannot be at home binge watching. I should have taken a vacation day…

Happy Birthday Katharine Hepburn!
(May 12, 1907-June 29, 2003)

Her energy was phenomenal. I’d get to the studio at seven and she’d been there since six, riding the grounds on her bicycle. She has a wonderful wild and lunatic passion for everything she does. It is a tremendously infectious sort of thing and she creates a state of excitement.

The Swan Boats in Boston Public Gardens - Boston, Massachusetts

The Swan Boats in Boston Garden are a famous “Kiddies Delight” and operate in Boston Public Gardens, a park of 24 acres, in the heart of Historic Boston, Massachusetts.

I walked through the Public Gardens the other night after the Swan Boats were closed for the evening and they were tied together, floating off the dock area in the twilight. I wish I’d thought to get a picture.

Imagine if students brought owls to Bryn Mawr in the ’30s the way they do to Hogwarts…
